Peptide Synthesis
PEPTIDE a molecule that contains two or more amino acids. Peptides that contain many amino acids are called polypeptides or proteins. Synthetic peptides are chemically synthesized small polymers of amino acids. You can think of synthetic peptides as being to proteins what oligos are to DNA
In organic chemistry, peptide synthesis is the production of peptide compounds where multiple amino acids are linked via amide bonds. It is also known as peptide bonds. Peptides are chemically synthesized by the condensation reaction of the carboxyl group of one amino acid to the amino group of another.
We can synthesize peptides of 5 – 90 amino acids using solid-phase technology and purify Peptides up to >98% or HPLC grade. Synthesis scales stats from 4mg, up to 1 G. We will check our Peptide QC through MALDI MS and HPLC.
You can use our Peptides for different Purpose like –
- Basic research
- biomarker discovery
- Fluorescence imaging
- Epitope mapping
- vaccine development
