Bacterial Identification Service

 

Steps Involved:

  1.    Pure Sample/ Culture will be provided by you 
  2.    At R&D, we will do the genomic DNA isolation and column based purification (preferable for further  downstream applications)
  3.   PCR amplification with 16S rDNA based universal standard Oligo
  4.   PCR cleanup/ Gel Extraction, whichever required
  5.   Bi-directional Sanger Sequencing with BigDye Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequence Chemistry.
  6.   Sequence analysis and Data alignment (upto ~1400-1500bp) with Chromatogram data.
  7.   Phylogenetic tree analysis with 10 nearest neighbourhood information
  8.   Full project report will be provided in hard copy as well as in soft cop

Terms & Condition:-

In case of Mixed Sample Customer will pay Rs – 2,500.00/- only as set up charges.  We have to do the following steps – Isolated gDNA / Performed PCR /Purified the PCR product/Sequenced the amplicon after that we will confirm that it is a mix sample.

 

Fungal Identification Service

 

Steps Involved:

  1. Pure Sample/ Culture will be provided by the user’s.
  2. Culture Propagation.
  3. Genomic DNA isolation and column based purification (preferable for further downstream applications).
  4. PCR amplification with 28s rDNA/ITS based universal standard Oligo.
  5. PCR cleanup/ Gel Extraction, whichever required.
  6. Bi-directional Sanger Sequencing with BigDye Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequence Chemistry.
  7. Sequence analysis and Data alignment with Chromatogram data.
  8. Phylogenetic tree analysis with 10 nearest neighbourhood information.

Full project report will be provided in hard copy as well as in soft copy.
