Mol. Biological Grade AGAROSE
MB Grade Agarose is a standard melting temperature, multi-purpose Agarose that is ideal for routine separation analysis. It is used to resolves DNA and RNA fragments from 500–24,000 bp, without any detectable DNase or RNase activity.
Application :-
- Analytical separation of DNA, RNA, and PCR fragments
- Recovery of DNA, RNA, and PCR fragments
- Southern and northern blotting of fragments
