Autoclave

AUTOCLAVE :-
An autoclave is a machine that uses high-pressure steam to kill bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores on materials placed inside its sealed chamber. It is a critical tool for sterilization in medical, laboratory, and industrial settings.
The autoclave operates on the principle of moist heat sterilization. By increasing the pressure inside the chamber, the boiling point of water is raised significantly above 100°C, typically reaching 121°C (250°F) at 15 psi or up to 134°C at higher pressures.
