PCR Master Mix (2X Concentration)
PCR MASTER MIX is a 2X concentrated solution of Taq DNA Polymerase, all four dNTPs, MgCl2 and Reaction Buffer requerid for PCR, except DNA Template and Primers. This pre-mixed formulation is time saving and minimise the contamination due to a reduced number of handling steps required for PCR reaction. The mix is optimized for efficient and reproducible PCR.
