Vacuum Pump – Oil & Oil Free

Vacuum Pump
Vacuum pumps are broadly divided into oil-sealed (wet) and oil-free (dry) designs. Oil-sealed pumps are preferred for heavy industrial tasks requiring deep vacuum levels (down to 0.1 mbar), while oil-free pumps are essential for cleanroom, pharmaceutical, and food-grade applications where zero oil contamination is required.
Oil-free pumps use dry mechanisms like diaphragms, pistons, or scrolls to create a vacuum without internal lubrication, reducing maintenance costs and risks of product spoilage.
