MICRO-VOLUME SPECTROPHOTO METER

Micro-volume spectrophotometers are specialized analytical instruments designed to quantify nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) and proteins using extremely small sample sizes, typically between 0.5 µL and 2.0 µL. These devices eliminate the need for cuvettes by using surface tension to create a liquid bridge between two pedestals, allowing for rapid measurements without dilution.
